providing the product is returned in its original purchase condition and is
suitable for resale when returned to Space And Astronomy. When the product
has been received at Space And Astronomy a product exchange or purchase price
refund will be issued.

Easy Steps for returning unwanted or ordered by mistake goods

To return a product you must first complete the return
authorisation form. Space And Astronomy will not accept any returns without
completion of the return authorisation form.

After completion of the return authorisation form, Space And Astronomy will
forward to you a return authorisation number. Once you have received
your return authorisation number just follow the easy steps provided
for returning of the parcel.

Space And Astronomy will contact you when we receive your authorised parcel.
We will then take the necessary steps to refund or exchange the goods.
Returning
faulty or damaged during delivery goods
Space
And Astronomy will accept returns within 20 days of the invoice date. Upon
return of the goods Space And Astronomy will inspect the goods before any
remedy is undertaken. If the goods are deemed by our staff to be faulty during
manufacturing or damaged during delivery.
A product exchange or purchase price refund will be issued upon completion
of the 3 easy steps below.
